Round of applause for Roundswell
Roundswell Garages in Barnstaple has been going from strength to strength. The garage has been well known as the Toyota dealership for many years. The Hyundai dealership followed a few years ago. Now they have added a third string to their bow, with the opening of a Fiat dealership in January 2010.
DanTregaskes, the Dealer Principal at Roundswell, says: "The phone system you supplied has really helped to tie the three sites together, and make the communications very simple - in turn helping us provide the best and quickest response to our customers."
The new Fiat dealership has been established in a converted unit next to their existing site. Roundswell will now be providing both sales and the highest levels of servicing and repair for all three makes of car: Toyota, Hyundai and now Fiat.
Dan went onto say: "Although the recession has been hard on the automotive industry, the Government scrappage allowance has helped. The market for smaller cars continues to be strong with customers wanting more fuel-efficient cars. The new Fiat 500 fits this remit perfectly."
