Twofour needed to find the most effective and efficient way of connecting their Plymouth and London offices. Rapid growth called for a solution that was completely scalable. The company wanted a telephone system that was the right size for their business now, but which could be easily expanded when needed.
Twofour's IT Department also wanted the ability to reprogram the system themselves to suit the campaigns they run for clients.

Taurus installed an IP Office Telephone System from AVAYA. This modular system meets all of Twofour's present communication needs, while additional modules can be added as and when they are needed, to match business growth.
The Avaya IP Office system is affordable and simple to use, while offering the kind of function and capabilities you would normally associate with enterprise-class systems.
By making use of VoIP (Voice over IP), calls costs between the London and Plymouth offices are kept to a minimum. Staff can roam between sites and simply log on to any phone they wish. The Avaya IP Office solution improves productivity because users can work anytime, from anywhere, and still have access to all the features of an office desk phone.
Being software driven it can also easily be reprogrammed using a PC, making it an extremely versatile solution.
